I've never had any trouble with the staff even when I'm running late. Thank you all

Polite helpfull and empathetic one day and openly rude the next visit. I am a repeat customer buying scripts and products, it makes zero difference with their customer service. I have thought long and hard about this review, please Chemist Outlet, lift your game.

Spoke to local families and they too have had this experience if being ignored and unwanted, disappointing.
