  A potentially nice place let down by a lack of maintenance and a nosey neighbor that constantly complains to the landlord/agent.
  
  We lost our bond due to damages that were pre existing to our arrival and took us over a week of disputing it only to get a portion of it back so I highly recommend meeting someone at the property and giving it a inspection/condition report prior to accepting the keys.
  
  Exceeding the number of cars(6) allowed on the property will cost you as well as the neighbour will complain so don't expect to have visitors even though they don't stay the night
  
  Reasonable house let down by the people running it and also its neighbors, I recommend you look elsewhere so you don't have any nasty surprises once you check out.
