  Went there to see about getting something for my back pain refused to help and acused my partner of trying to blackmail him because i left to go to the bottle shop then that works not healthy but its all i got for the pain. I am not blackmailing anyone and they have no right to make that accusation. Apperently telling the truth is now blackmail good to know

  Would love to give a higher rating but only one of the two GPs are patient and respectful.
  If you need a Dr who will not only listen but genuinely want to help then you should book in to speak with Dr Jay.

  Wouldn’t bulk bill a child on a heath care card, and the consultation fee was $80. When I questioned it, they said they don’t bulk bill children, even though the sign on the desk clearly said children under the age of ten would be bulk billed. The receptionist refused to acknowledge the discrepancy and then made me wait around while they figured out how to process it through Medicare (which they didn’t in the end). Any wonder the waiting room was empty.....
